Le colonel Bihendo Mikonde Ibrahim commandant 3309ème régiment basé à shabunda,province du sud kivu a été condamné le mardi 4.juin.2019par la cour militaire du sud kivu siégeant en matière de flagrance et en chambre foraine au camp militaire saio de bukavu.condamné à servitude pénal principal sans admission de circonstances atténuantes pour chef de meutre ,la cour a prononcé aussi sa destitution et renvoie de l’armée.
L’ex officier de FARDC a tiré à bout portant sur son épouse dans la nuit du 29 au 30.mai dernier dans leurs chambres à coucher.l’ex officier supérieur de 41années et père de 17enfants ,enrôlé dans l’armée en 1998 ,serait revenu tard vers 1h30 dans sa maison en etat d’ébriété.Après une courte dispute avec sa femme Nadine Masanzi Kambote âgée de 35ans et mère de 3enfants,le meurtrier a tiré sur la victime à l’aide d’une arme pistolet.les avocats de la partie civile se disent contant du verdict de la cour et demande que les domages et intérêts soient versés à la famille de la victime.
la partie défenderesse se disent prête à intergetter l’appelle.
