Au total 51 pêcheurs congolais en bord de 17 pirogues et leurs matériels de pêche’ ont êtes arrêtés par la marine ougandaise base de RWESHAMA c’était la nuit de ce mardi 2 août, au mercredi 3 août,2022.
La marine ougandaise dans son ensemble accuser nos pêcheurs de violer les limites lacustres quant à nous nous avons plusieurs fois accuser la marine ougandaise de traverser les frontières maritimes pour venir kidnapper nos pêcheurs sur notre côté (RDC) voilà le magistrat Kabyangwa demande dans l’urgence à chaque pêcheurs possèdent 100$ que sa famille lui envoie pour libération avant d’être transféré dans la prison central de Katwe, actuellement ce 51 pêcheurs sont détenus au cachons du parquet de katwe ou le magistrat kabyangwa est instructeur de leur dossier.
Nous rappelons que l’année écouler 2021 plus de 300 pêcheurs congolais, 207 moteurs hors-bords , 300 pirogues ont êtes libérés de la prison central de katwe après la signature de l’accord bilatéral entre la rdc et l’Ouganda.
Profitant de l’absence de la marine congolaise sur le lac Edouard voici les conséquence dont subissent nos pêcheurs congolais, comme des brebis sans berger.
Nous demandons le gouvernement congolais de protéger nos pêcheurs œuvrant sur les eaux du lac Edouard victime de plusieurs atrocités.
Sur ce fait de ma sont la libération immédiate de nos pêcheurs et leurs matériels de pêche sans oublier les 63 moteurs hors bord qui étaient restés introuvable dans les entrepôts de la prison centrale de katwe lors de la libération de nos pêcheurs l’année 2021.
