Une barrière illicite à Mushweshwe
Un officier supérieur tombé dans le filet pour la violation de consigne. La promotion de la discipline c’est l’un des objectifs du Général de brigade Akili Muhindo Charles avait signalé lors de son arrivée à la 33ème Région Militaire. Le commandant avait à cet effet interdit toute barrière payante. Hélas, certains officiers n’ont pas obéi. L’arrestation d’un officier supérieur récidiviste est une leçon pour d’autres. Le 15 -juin- 2019, dernier, un officier supérieur de la 33ème région militaire est interpellé par Le général Major Muhindo Akili Charles, ensuite il a ordonné son arrestation. Il s’agit d’un lieutenant-colonel des FARDC, il est reproché d’avoir violé les consignes données par le commandent de la 33ème région militaire. En effet Akili Muhindo Charles est déterminé à combattre l’indiscipline de certains officiers qui continuait à tracasser des paisibles citoyens. Il a ordonné l’arrestation du commandant de son quartier général. Ce lieutenant-colonel est un officier supérieur de FARDC de la 33ème Région militaire. Ce lieutenant-colonel est accusé d’avoir érigé des barrières illégales à Mushweshwe un entré d’une route des dessertes agricoles pour alimente la ville de Bukavu et à Kazingo pour la ville de Bukavu en provenance de l’aéroport de Kavumu. Retenons que ces deux axes figure parmi des entrés importantes dans la ville de Bukavu. Selon le capitaine Kasereka porte-parole des opérations Sokola II Sud du Sud Kivu : « en début de l’année 2019, sans titre ni qualité le même Lieutenant-colonel aurait aussi confisqué la voiture d’un civil», ajoute –t-il. Pour le commandant 33ème Région le général Major Akili Muhindo Charles lors de son arrivée à la tête du commandement dans cette région militaire qui couvre le sud Kivu et une partie du Maniema, il avait interdit à tous les officiers et soldats sous son commandement d’ériger des barrières payantes. Sous ses ordres, plusieurs barrières avaient été supprimées. Le Lieutenant-Colonel incriminé a craché sur les ordres de son chef, dans le langage militaire c’est de l’indiscipline notoire. L’officier en question est à ce moment à la disposition de service de renseignement militaire qui va être transféré à l’auditorat pour répondre de ces actes. Cette mesure va désormais servir d’exemple aux autres officiers récidivistes.
