Plusieurs chiens formés aux côtés des militaires FARDC du bataillon CANINE patrouille la ville pour dénicher les engins explosifs dans les coins chauds de la ville de Beni victime de l’activisme des ADF. Le secteur Opérationnel Sokola1 Grand Nord veut rassurer la population meurtri.
C’est le Général de Brigade MPUTELA NKOLITO Bertin, commandant secteur opérationnel SOKOLA 1 Grand Nord qui a donné le GO au rond-point NYAMWISI dans la soirée de ce samedi 9 avril 2022.
De centaines de chiens policiers étaient visibles dans plusieurs grandes artères de la ville de BENI.
Dans un briefing avant le lancement de ladite patrouille le numéro un de SOKOLA 1 Grand Nord a expliqué l’objectif de ces patrouilles qui prendront plusieurs semaines dans la ville de BENI et ses environs.
« Nous devons être prêt à barrer la route à l’ennemi qui tenterai de terroriser la population en utilisant les engins explosifs dans certains points chauds de la ville de BENI, » a martelé Général MPUTELA Bertin, « avant d’appeler les patrouilleurs aux respects de droit de l’homme et éviter certains comportements pouvant non seulement ternir l’image de notre armée, mais aussi nuire aux relations avec notre population. »
Notons que les chiens policiers présents dans les patrouilles ont reçu la mission de détecter tout engin improvisé quelque en soit sa nature.
