En cette période de crise socio-sécuritaire qui prévaut au Nord Kivu, Des nouveaux secouristes volontaire de la Croix-Rouge, ont reçu une formation de rétablissement de lien familial. Pendant deux jours, les participants ont bénéficié de cette formation grâce à l’appui du CICR.
Dans le cadre de sa mission qui est de « prévenir les maladies, soulager les souffrances et améliorer les conditions d’existence des populations les plus vulnérables, où qu’elles se trouvent, sa distinction de race, de religion, ni d’appartenance politique, à travers des programmes de développement communautaire durables, des activités de secours, la préparation et l’intervention lors des catastrophes », la Croix-Rouge de la République Démocratique du Congo (CRRDC), Comité provincial du Nord-Kivu avec le soutien de son partenaire naturel, le Comité International de la Croix-Rouge (CICR), a procédé à une formation de renforcement des capacités en « Rétablissement des Liens Familiaux (RLF) en Urgence ». Trente-trois (33) de ses Secouristes-Volontaires, dont huit (8) Volontaires de Rétablissement des Liens Familiaux (VRLF), vingt-deux (22) nouveaux Secouristes-Volontaires et trois (3) Chefs de Bureau, ont pris part à cette session de formation qui a eu lieu du 08 au 09 Juillet 2022 dans la grande salle de l’hôtel MBINZA à Goma.
L’objectif de ladite formation était de « Constituer un Pool d’urgence capable de donner une réponse RLF à temps réel en cas d’une éventuelle urgence dans les provinces du Grand-Kivu en République Démocratique du Congo », d’autant plus qu’il y a plus de 150 ans que le CICR et les Sociétés Nationales de la Croix-Rouge et du Croissant-Rouge, les deux de trois Composantes du Mouvement International de la Croix-Rouge et du Croissant-Rouge, travaillent main dans la main à travers le monde pour tenter d’élucider le sort des personnes portées disparues, échanger des messages familiaux et réunir des familles (Rechercher les membres d’une même famille séparée), à la suite des Mouvements massifs de populations enregistrés lors des conflits armés et catastrophes naturelles.
Un accent particulier a été mis sur l’aspect « prévention » dans les activités RLF durant cette formation qui a été honorée par la présence, les interventions et la participation de la Responsable de l’Agence Centrale de Recherches du CICR à Genève, de la Coordinatrice RLF de la Délégation du CICR à Kinshasa, du Coordinateur Protection de la Délégation du CICR à Kinshasa, d’un Field Officer RLF de la Délégation du CICR à Kinshasa, de la Cheffe de Division Nationale RLF de la CRRDC à Kinshasa, de la Déléguée RLF de la Sous- Délégation du CICR à Goma, d’un Field Office et d’un Assistant RLF de la Sous-Délégation du CICR à Goma.
Lancée et clôturée par le Vice-président et Président ad intérim de la Gouvernance, assisté par le Chef de Division Développement Organisationnel, Jeunesse et Genre et Secrétaire Provincial ad intérim de la Gestion, (tous) du Comité provincial de la Croix-Rouge de la République Démocratique du Congo (CRRDC) au Nord-Kivu, la séance de formation a pris fin le 08 juillet 2022 vers 17 heures de Goma. Cette dernière a laissé de bonnes impressions à quasiment tous les participants qui ont ému le vœu, de participer à des prochaines formations de plus ou moins trois jours, tout ceci pour le bien-être des bénéficiaires.
