La Croix-Rouge de la RDC au chevet de plusieurs ménages des Déplacés dans l’agglomération de Pinga.

A Mpety, la Croix-Rouge de la République Démocratique du Congo via comité provincial du Nord-Kivu  a distribué de kit en non vivre et en wash à 910 ménages des déplacés et ménages d’accueils venus de diffèrent village ce mouvement est consécutif aux affrontements des groupes armé rivaux entre eux et de FARDC  contre les Groupes armés. Pendant cette intervention de la Croix-Rouge de  la RDC à travers le projet UNIRR  la Croix- Rouge a aussi donné un complément nutritif aux enfants de 6 à 59 mois pour lutter contre la malnutrition et un don en médicament au centre de santé de Mpety et Nkasa.  

Alerté par le mouvement de la population, entre  le mois de novembre et décembre les équipes de le la Croix Rouge du Congo qui implémente le projet UNIRR se sont positionné dans le groupement  Kisimba qui se trouve dans le secteur Wanyanga  avec comme chef-lieu le centre d’agglomération de Pinga   en  Territoire de Walikale situé  à 151 km de Goma chef-lieu de la Province du Nord-Kivu.

Du 18 au 21 du même mois,  elles  ont procédé aux ciblages des ménages des déplacés ainsi que des familles d’accueil dans différents villages.

Retenons que ce mouvement de la population est consécutif aux conflits qui gangrènent la région, mais également des affrontements des groupes armés rivaux d’une part et contre ces mêmes groupes aux forces armés de la République Démocratique du Congo FARDC en sigle.

Ces affrontements à répétition causent un déplacement massif de la population dont le nombre est estimé à ce jour à un chiffre incalculable de ménages déplacés dans cette zone de santé de Pinga.

C’est ainsi que le Rapport Evaluation  du projet UNIRRR  de la Croix-Rouge qui s’était positionné au début du mois de novembre et mi-décembre 2021 dans la Zone en groupement de Kisimba en secteur de Wanyanga  dans le Territoire de Walikale au Nord-Kivu,  les populations de ces villages se sont déplacées vers les zones supposées sécurisées comme les villages d’accueil.

Depuis plusieurs mois, une partie de Pinga  reste une zone d’accueil pour les différents mouvements de déplacement des victimes des conflits armés en répétition dans une  partie du territoire de Masisi et Walikale. Les familles d’accueil ont montré à ces derniers leurs hospitalités en dépit de leur situation socioéconomique vulnérable.

Les familles déplacées qui malheureusement après avoir perdu leurs moyens de subsistance se trouvent aujourd’hui dans une situation humanitaire d’une extrême vulnérabilité inquiétante et les familles d’accueil manifestent leurs limites dans la prise en charge de ces derniers.

Ainsi dans l’objectif d’apporter une assistance à la population victime des affrontements en répétition par plusieurs déplacements, mort d’hommes et une perte de leurs moyens de subsistance, la CROIX-ROUGE dans le projet UNIRR a effectué cette évaluation rapide multisectorielle approfondie des besoins humanitaires dans cette zone,  dans le secteur de Walikale en Territoire qui porte le même nom  en vue de soulager le nécessiteux.

Cette évaluation a permis à la Croix-Rouge  avec le projet UNIRR de ressortir la vulnérabilité de santé face à l’insécurité alimentaire et à la santé /manque des médicaments et une présence de la malnutrition non seulement aux déplacés,  mais également aux familles d’accueil.

Dans sa mission humanitaire, les volontaires de la Croix-Rouge avec le projet UNIRR  en dépit de contrainte climatique et végétale, d’une façon rapide,  ils se sont  positionnés dans la zone. Apres évaluation et ciblage, ces équipes ont procéder à la distribution  de kit en  NFI, en  Wash à 910 ménages,  aussi  un don en médicament au Centre de Santé de Mpety  et NKASA  à Pinga également le supplément en nutrition au profit des enfants de 6 à 59 mois ayant testé positif en malnutrition.

Le bénéficiaire n’ont pas manqué de manifester leurs joie en souhaitant longue vie aux volontaire de la Croix-Rouge du Congo comité provincial du Nord-Kivu et leur partenaire UNICEF.
