Ils sont plusieurs ménages ayant fui les attaques de ADF au Nord-Kivu et en Ituri. Certains vivent dans des familles d’accueils traversant les conditions exceptionnelles. Suite aux conditions difficiles qu’ils endurent, quelques-uns de leurs enfants ne fréquentent plus l’école et d’autres présentent des signes de malnutrition. C’est suite à l’intervention du projet UNIRR implémenté par la Croix-Rouge de la RDC, après l’alerte du notable de Cantine, que l’espoir renait petit à petit.
La localité de LUBENA avec comme centre d’agglomération de Cantine avait accueilli en novembre 2021 plus de 2.552 ménages de déplacés dont 13404 personnes sont arrivées octobre 2021 jusqu’au 1èr janvier 2021.
Cette localité est située à une septantaine de km au Nord-ouest de Beni ville en territoire qui porte le même nom se trouvant à l’est de la République Démocratique du Congo.
Ces ménages viennent dans les villages: de NZIA PANDA, MAKEKE, LUKAYA, MAKUMO et BELA tous dans la Zone de santé de MANDIMA en territoire de MAMBASA, d’une part et de l’autre de MANGINA et de KIVENDE dans la Zone de santé de MABALAKO et de village de BULONGO et MUTWANGA.
Retenons que le village se trouvant dans la zone de santé d’OICHA notamment ERENGETI fait partie de la Zone de santé de KOMANDA en province de l’Ituri. C’est de ce village que ces déplacés ont fui les attaques des ADF et celle de Mai-Mai.
Signalons que ces ménages des déplacés sont accueillis en grande majorité dans les familles d’accueil dont un petit nombre vit dans les maisons en location. Tenez ces déplacés sont butés à plusieurs difficultés d’abord de trouver la nourriture, ensuite se couvrir et enfin accéder aux soins dé Santés primaires.
