Depuis janvier jusqu’en décembre 2021, 292 incidents affectant les activités des humanitaires ont été enregistrés dans quatre provinces notamment en Ituri, Nord-Kivu, Sud-Kivu et en province de Tanganyika. On retient que sept humanitaires ont été tués en 2021 dont trois au Nord-Kivu, deux en Ituri un au Sud-Kivu et un au Tanganyika. Dans ces lots d’incidents enregistré dans le rapport d’OCHA on note 29 humanitaires blessés et 25 autres enlevées.
Ce rapport indique que 91% d’incidents touchent principalement les organisations Non Gouvernementaux et les agences des Nations Unies ont été aussi touchées en termes de 9%.
En scrutant le rapport d’OCHA qui précise : « les incidents observés incluent des actes de violence armées quantifié à 248 violations dont les actes de nature criminels comme à mains armées, des braquages de véhicules et convois humanitaires exécuté par divers types d’acteurs. OCHA déplore que ces actes constituent une violation envers le personnel humanitaire.
