Par la même occasion ces élus provinciaux lancent un vibrant hommage aux vaillants militaires tombés sur les champs d’honneur bien que l’état de siège à neuf mois de son instauration revêt d’un caractère politico-médiatique qu’opérationnelle ; il juge ce dernier d’un slogan et un cynisme contre la population longtemps meurtri par l’insécurité qui ne fait que s’accroître.
