Depuis plusieurs années, des femmes dans les territoires de Haut Ouelé qui avaient échappé entre la main des leurs ravisseurs à Dungu et Duruma sont livrées à elles-mêmes. En dépit de leurs états de vulnérabilité et une pauvreté inouïe, pour le moment, aucune structure Psychosociale ne s’occupe pas de leurs sorts. Les victimes ont non seulement de blessures internes, il y a aussi une stigmatisation sans merci qui le fragilisent.
En marge de la célébration du mois de mars dédié à la femme, on note que dans certains coins de la République du Congo, plusieurs femmes vivent une situation infrahumaine.
Tenez à Duruma par exemple, les traces de LRA restent encore perceptibles, il y a plus d’une dizaine d’années ; certaines femmes de ces contrée vivent dans un contexte de vulnérabilité avancée.
Pour la petite histoire, c’est depuis 2008 que le territoire de Dungu et Duruma avaient été troublés et traumatisés par la barbarie de LRA et à nos jours des Mbororo et d’autres groupes armés nationaux et internationaux, qui commettent des exactions jusqu’à nos jours. Ces groupes armés lors de leurs incursions dans plusieurs villages, leurs premières cibles sont des femmes et des jeunes filles dont certains ont été violées, kidnappées et amenées vers une destination inconnue.
Beaucoup ont évadé, mais stigmatisé
Parmi de milliers de filles et garçons emportés par les L.R.A, certains avaient réussi à s’échapper entre la main de leurs ravisseurs.
Il convient de souligner qu’en septembre 2008, plus de 104 enfants filles et garçons kidnappés n’ont pas été retrouvés jusqu’à nos jours, leur sort demeure inconnu. Selon les informations, les filles sont des esclaves sexuelles de leurs bureaux, a confirmé une fille d’environ 16 ans portant une grossesse de ces éléments armés.
« Avant ma fuite j’étais forcée d’être la femme du commandant qui abusait de moi à son gré », raconte tristement la victime qui explique également que
« Beaucoup de nos collègues avec qui on était kidnappée avaient été tués parce qu’ils présentaient la fatigue, ces ravisseurs nous demandaient qui sont fatigués et ceux qui avaient déclinés leurs fatigué étaient tués sur champs ».
Face à tout ce drame et crime contre l’humanité aucune action du Gouvernement Congolais et celle de ses partenaires de la communauté Internationale n’ont pas encore été amorcé pour sauver et soulager ces filles et garçons en détresse. Même pour aider ces jeunes, qui avaient échappés à ces actes ignobles, même pas pour leur réintégration dans la société.
Les femmes abandonnées
A Doruma plusieurs femmes nous ont raconté les sévices qu’elles endurent dans la communauté sans que le monde s’en rendent compte : « nous sommes abandonnés à notre triste sort, on était Kidnappée et violée pas par notre propre volonté, nous ne sommes pas acceptées dans la société, car les gens nous appellent de « Tongo-Tongo », (Ndlr), qui signifie trop Matinal parce qu’on était violée le matin lors de l’incursion des LRA».
Pour chaque passage d’un rescapé de LRA c’est un tel cri qui le poursuit, du coup beaucoup préfèrent se cacher en restant anonyme avec tout ce fardeau de problèmes. La vie ou la réinsertion des femmes et fille rescapé de LRA reste une épine dorsale à Doruma, à cause des insultes et humiliations qu’elles subissent.
Signalons que, depuis le passage de la LRA dans ce coin du pays, beaucoup de femmes continuent à souffrir de blessures internes, c’est pourquoi la majorité préfère rester enfermée et celles qui résistent, pour affronter cette stigmatisation, dommage, elles ne sont pas encore sorties de l’auberge.
Beaucoup qui se sont livrées dans l’agriculture, ont vu leurs champs être ravagé par des vaches de Mbororo et d’autres qui se sont réfugiées dans les carrières minières elles sont aujourd’hui à la merci des orpailleurs qui les exploitent sous plusieurs formes. Il faut une attention plus particulière sur la situation de femmes de Dungu et Doruma, car elles sont en train de mourir à petit feu.
