Pendant une semaine, plusieurs arbitres venus de Bukavu, Beni, Kindu et Goma ont participé à une formation. Une cinquantaine de participants ont reçu une formation axé sur le test physique, endurance, compétitivité et autres techniques du sport roi. Cette formation a été précédée d’un test physique par des techniciens de la FIFA qui sont venus de Kinshasa. 80 % de participants ont satisfait ont été honorés par le président de la ligue de football du Nord Kivu et de l’attente urbaine de Goma.
Clôture à Goma le 15 novembre la formation des arbitres de la FIFA. Plusieurs personnes venues de Bukavu, Kindu, Beni et Goma ont passé toute une semaine sur les bancs, entrain d’être formés par deux instituteurs de la FIFA( Fédération Internationale de Football Association). Cette formation d’une s’est focalisée sur les aspects techniques, tactiques d’arbitrage du sport roi. Ils ont tours à tours reçu des formations physiques et des leçons sur l’arbitrage vidéo. Parmi les participants une femme qui s’est caractérisée par la bravoure d’un arbitre féminin de Goma est déclarée arbitre internationale.

.La ligue de football du Nord Kivu par son président Eldé Vakatsuraki a surpris l’assemblée, lorsqu’il a dévoilé au public que c’était une femme qui a remporté la couronné d’arbitre International : « c’est une fierté pour la province du Nord Kivu, qui vient voir sa fille Mademoiselle Vanessa figurer sur la liste des femmes arbitres de la FIFA » s’est-il exprimé
. La cérémonie de la clôture présidée par le président de la Ligue de Football du Nord Kivu (LIFNOKI) représentant de la FECOFA en province du Nord Kivu , Eldé Vakatsuraki a remis des cadeaux aux meilleurs arbitres qui ont satisfait à la formation.
Retenons en passant que ces instructeurs ont été accueillis dans l’attente de Goma par Christian Lumwanga Président de l’entente de football de Goma « je suis satisfait de l’organisation de cette structure sportive en ville de Goma » a-t-il conclu.
